Question about Calculating Food

I am trying to figure out the best way to count the calories for lunch I ate today. My boss took me to a place call The Rail - it's a upscale burger place. I cannot find their nutrition information anywhere. I ate half of a burger that had avocodo spread, red onion, baby spinach leaves and red pepper mayo on it. I also had about 5 tortilla chips and 3 tsps for sausage cheese dip. I have no idea how to calculate this. Any suggestions?

Just put in each thing on it's own - You could probably find a burger from Red Robin that is similar. If you can't, just add things on their own. Half a burger patty, Half a bun...etc.0

Oh and be realistic when adding the burger and buns - you know the bun there was probably 500 calories for the entire thing so don't add a 100 calorie bun. Same with the burger.0

Yep.. i'd just find the highest calorie item I can and log it as that. LOL. I had french fries a week or so ago and logged them as McDonalds fries because I had no idea and they were the highest.
Hmm... old chicgo has an avocado burger.. maybe that's close?0
