Burning feet??

Hello everyone.... as I do Jillian Michael's 30 day Ripped... (Jumping jacks and jump rope to be exact) my feet will burn sooooo much! I literally have to take off my shoes to finish the workout! Does anyone else have this problem or know what it is? Thanks so much!!!

P.S. I can run and do anything else without my feet burning... it's just those two exercises that kick my bootie!
