I AM STUCK! I have not moved (well, within a pound or two up and down) in almost a month. I am working out. I am eating healthier than I ever have. NOTHING! So, I asked my trainer what was his suggestion was. He told me to continue to do what I was doing, but the increase my fiber intake. What does fiber have to do with burning fat? I have never heard of this. I know what fiber is supposed to do....and believe me, it is doing its job. I am still not losing. I have a fabulous vacation in July, and if I do not get over this hump, I will never reach my goals....
