    I did a lot better on eating right this week, but I did not workout even once. So I really need to get back to my workouts. My goal this week is to do my 30 day shred videos at least 5 times.

    Goal Weight - was 150 but is now 160

    3/4 weight- 166
    All measurements the same except for my waist- 34.5
    Goal weight for end of challenge -165. Almost made it, but ate too much of the wrong things. Cheated on the diet side a lot. On the plus side I went to the gym or exercised at home more than I normally do.
