Weight Loss Advice

Hi Guys,

Just wanting to get some advice on the best way to loss weight and utilise the MFP to the best I can. I am currently eating around 2000 calories a day and exercising 3-4 times a week to get my calorie goal under target and although I am slowly losing weight it is not the success rate that I would have hoped. Should I be eating less calories then I'm burning or should I eat less calories then what I'm allocated regardless of calories burned?

Any help would be great!
