Third Shift Workers

Looking to make "friends" with anyone else who is a third-shifter. It's hard enough keeping healthy during normal hours but throw in an attack to your circadian system and it brings in a whole new dimension. Feel free to add me to your buddy list!

  • I know what you mean. I work nights, but have kids so have to be awake in the AM.
    I'm awake from 8am-3am 3-5x a week. Which makes it difficult to stay on track with my calories since I'm awake much more than a normal person. Feel free to add me xD
