Has anyone tried the underwear color workout challenge?

I noticed someone on polyvore (http://www.polyvore.com/underwear_workout_challenge_hearts/set?id=59614909&lid=1979044) did this tip after seeing it on tumblr.

You basically pick the color of the underwear and also the time that you read it.. so say I'm wearing purple underwear and its 5pm then i have to do sixty crunches. Easy enough, right?


colour of your undies;
-- black; twenty
--brown; twenty.five
--beige; thirty
-- white; thirty.five
-- yellow: forty
-- orange; forty.five
-- red; fifty
-- pink; fifty.five
-- purple; sixty
-- blue; sixty.five
-- green; seventy
-- multicolored; seventy.five

time;
1.OO o'clock ; bicycle crunches
2.OO o'clock ; second wall sits
3.OO o'clock ; sit ups
4.OO o'clock ; push ups
5.OO o'clock ; crunches
6.OO o'clock ; seconds jog in place
7.OO o'clock ; squats
8.OO o'clock ; seconds of mountain climbers
9.OO o'clock ; reverse crunches
10.OO o'clock ; jumping jacks
11.OO o'clock ; leg lifts
12.OO o'clock ; high knees
