Okay, I have another question about sugar.
I am drinking 1% milk. There are 12 g of sugar in one serving.
Should I count these as sugar calories ?
Thank you so much,
sue

:flowerforyou: They should be counted but not to worry too much about them as they are natural sugar - unless you are diabetic then you may need to watch them a little closer. :flowerforyou:0

Thanx, drvvork. It probably seemed like a dumb question, but I swear this nutrition thing gets complicated sometimes!
It's just that I am ALWAYS over my sugar calories!0 -
It gets better with practice :flowerforyou:
I didn't know Fat-Free milk also has 12 grams of sugar
I always thought Fat-Free was connected with Sugarl  Until I started counting calories... lol0
