I have for about the 20th time in my life decided to lose some weight. I am 5'1" and 213 lbs. more than I have ever weighed in my life. I am uncomfortable, I am unhappy about the weight, and it is creating health problems. I stumbled upon this site quite by accident and I think it is a God send, so here I go......

    Best of luck. I lost a pound per week for 27 weeks after joining the site last year. Be patient....don't cheat (too often) and good things will happen.
