Activity Level

I am an ER nurse.. Should I list my activity as light? Or should I go active like salesman waitress.?? Thx!

  • For ER nurse, I would think that it would lean more towards active.

You could always try it set to active for a couple months and if you don't see results, switch it to light.

    I'd go with moderately active.

I work fairly hard in a factory. On my feed, and lifting heavy at times. I am on lightly active, and feel this is giving me plenty of food. If I was hungry all the time or not loosing weight, I would try eating more. Maybe see how you are feeling?

I'd go lightly active and if you see excessive weight loss you can always up it again. I know being a nurse is busy work but it doesn't elevate your heart rate for extended periods of time like cardio exercise does.
