Hi everybody, i'm Tor!
I'm just starting out eating better and exercising because after some pretty severe depression (and along with it terrible nutrition) i've gained quite a bit of weight in the past 5 years. I am about 5'9 and my heaviest weight was 180 but i would like to get down to about 130-135.
I'm 22 years old and in graduate school, and would love to have some buddies on here just to help motivate me and hopefully motivate back!
