I have heard that you can take into much water. I would research this online, because everyones body is different and what I drink may or may not be enough for you. You are making a great and healthy choice. You will notice all the benefits in such a short time. Your skin will be much clearer for one thing. Good luck with your research and keep drinking your water.

water is good for you. The more the better. There is such a thing as overdoing it but if you listen to your body you should never get to that point. Drink it up!! hehe
  • I have read somewhere before that drinking too much water is bad for you depending on how much you drink a day!! If you are drinking over a gallon a day it may start to seriously dilute sodium in your system and therefore cause overhydration. That is why the more recommended is 8 glasses a day!

Yes you can have too much water, however it doesn't usually happen to most people. it's called hyponatremia. It is a concern for long distance runners (I learned about it while training for a marathon). It's related to how fast your kidneys can process the water.
