I am having a difficult time "googling" to get a lot of the fitness information - there is a LOT of garbage out there on the interwebz (who knew?!) I have a zillion questions, and figured rather than assault the forums with a battery of them I'd read and get a little self education.

What books out there actually have relevant fitness information? Not exclusively food choices, but fitness activities, BMR/TDEE explained in more detail, weight training, just anything that is actually -accurate- and explained in a way that makes it easier to wrap my head around.

I don't claim to have all the weight loss/food choices perfected, but I've stumbled through it for a year and finally have my feet a bit better. Now I want to get more serious about that as well as the fitness aspect. (Anything it takes to support a big calorie allotment  )

Any suggestions welcome! Thanks for your time and input in advance!! :drinker: :flowerforyou:
