When do you eat? Emotional hunger anyone?

I am a horrible eater, I eat when ever I feel like eating and its often. I do not eat JUST when I feel hungry, I eat as if there is nothing else that would make me feel better. But I always feel guilty when eating so it doesn't actually makes me feel better. I hate my self cus I can't seem to be able to have discipline at all when it comes to food.
I don't remember how it feels to be hungry I never get that feeling cus I keep stuffing my face, would so much love to eat normal.
Any advice its welcomed and appreciated.

    it's going to be hard... but try planning out your days. and make sure you have a high enough calorie goal. if you're really having trouble. set your goal to lose 0.5lb per week and plan out your days in advance. it sounds like 6-7 meals would be best for you as you sound like a snacker. but you could try and meal frequency as long as it keeps you content and full. its alot of trial and error but just keep going and dont give up. also try doing some exercise to add more calories to your goal. don't fall for the 1200cal goal. i would recommend at least 1500 then eat your exercise calories back. try strength training more so than cardio. this will help speed up your metabolism and make sure you dont lose any muscle mass.

    As far as help eating, I like to plan my meals out as far in advance for the week as I can. I like structure and making sure everything is in place. You can make sure to schedule snacks throughout your day if that's something you feel you need.

    I've been here for over a month and on a 1200 cal a day. I didn't have much luck losing weight on 1200 so i decided to eat less that that, some days i stay under 1000 but there are the weird days when i cant stop eating and i could go up to 1500 :(
    What I dont understand is why i eat when im not hungry!!!!
    i don't go to the gym at all, cant stand it, any effort makes me sick i must be in a very bad shape, oh and i smoke also :(

    I'd suggest scheduling in your food as the other posters said, and definitely including some of the food you crave. I can't see your diary but if you're cutting out the foods that are commonly labeled as "bad" and you want them, you're just setting yourself up for a binge. Just my 2 cents.

    I have now change the settings and everyone can see my diary and how bad i am :(

    that. is how. you get. a bikini. hot. sexy. 'toned'. body. set it to lose 0.5lb - 1lb per week.

    and eat your calories back.
    eat healthy food.
    but dont restrict.

    Even tho 122 pounds might seem a small size, I'm only 4''11( 1.5 m) and I do look fatty around my belly and thighs :(
    I believe if I could only eat when I'm hungry I wouldn't have a weight problem cus I don't get hungry very often, for example today I only had coffee and it's 4 PM here and I don't feel hungry at all.

    I can manage well in day time, but as soon as it gets dark here I start eating and eating and I could go until 3 AM stuffing my face.
    Emotional eating sucks!!!
