Usually weight one to two pounds less post a workout. Is this normal? (I run 40 to 45 minutes on the treadmill at 7.5 mph, then work on Abdominal.)

    If you're sweating you'll lose a bit of water weight. Most peoples weight fluctuates between 2-5lbs a day. Instead of weighing yourself multiple times a day, try weighing yourself once a day at the same time of day to get a more accurate reading on your weight progress.
