Hi, ive been dieting+working out for the past couple of months and my weight fluctuates up and down which is fine to me.
But ive come to a point the past week where ive just really had it with all of this, i find myself hungry alot i find myself less focused and determined, losing the hype to hit the gym. Today is the worst, im having a F this im gonna eat a whole pizza and top it off with a snickers bar day. It's really bothering me and i could go postal in the office. Okay maybe not, but im just losing the spirit i guess. If anyones been here, please share how you dealt with the cravings or at least how you just went about it.

I eat high protein and even higher fat foods that keep me full for many hours. And if I start feeling like you are feeling right now it often means I waited too long between meals, so I hurry up and go get more high calorie, high fat food in my belly instead of ordering that pizza or anything else that will just set me off into a miserable binge.
What works for me might not work for you. But that is what I do.
I also like to time it so I hit the gym right as a pretty good sized meal is hitting my system, giving me energy to work out. It gets to where I also associate eating a meal with getting off my butt to go work out shortly thereafter. Although I definitely have days when I'm not as motivated to work out as other days, I still try to at least get a short workout in.0 -
Some days I have to eat more for whatever reason or no reason at all, but I get right back on track the very next day, even the next meal if I can manage it. Having a few bad days won't stop you from reaching your goals (if they're reasonable and appropriate goals), but giving up will. So have that pizza and Snickers if you need it, but maybe not the whole thing.0

I'm hungry all the time with this new diet. To combat the cravings, I have a "cheat day" during the week. Usually it's Friday because my "official" weigh-in is Friday at 5 a.m. It's easier to control my cravings when I know a big meal is coming up.0
