Have I set my goals right?

Here's a screenshot of my goals:

I have my net calories set at my TDEE based on a lightly active lifestyle (in accordance with In Place of a Road Map guidelines). I would like to drop from 70kg to 62kg. Have I set everything right to achieve this?

The picture doesn't show but if you subtracted 15% from your TDEE, that should be correct.0 -
Sorry, I'm having some trouble with the pic.
My net calories are set at 1970, so I guess I should really set net calories at 1675?
Currently have diet set at carbs 40%, fat 30% and protien 30%.
I'm also unsure how many calories I should aim to burn a week, currently I have this set at 2100-2500 a week. Is this too high/low?0 -

What is your TDEE?
The amount of exercise you do is depending on your own personal goals. I try to have fitness goals instead of specific calorie burns because I feel like it's too much pressure if I can't get in a workout for whatever reason.0 -
According to Fit to Fat Radio my TDEE is 1970
BMR around 1500.0 -

Did you put in your goal weight on the website or your current weight? If you followed the roadmap I guess you put your current weight. So, set your goal at 1970 minus 10 or 20 percent and do not eat back your exercise calories unless your net drops below your BMR for the day.0 -
Alright, well since you don't have very much to lose, you could do 1675 (1970-15%). This will be a little over .5 a pound a week.0

I've just re-checked my TDEE, it's actually 2074, so I guess -15% this would put me at around 1760.
I had originally calculated my TDEE by using my goal weight, that could be where I've been going wrong.
Thanks

That is eactly how I did imy TDEE and it works great for me. I never have to change it and the weight is falling away without much stress. Only that way you eat at your TDEE instead of TDEE minus a percentage like if you put in your current weight.0 -

So you put your goal weight and not your current weight? I'm confused, Road Maps says to put your current weight...0 -
