Anyone tried it? True enough, it's not a lifestyle change but it could be used to give you a "jump start" to get you motivated. I got a one month supply around this same time last year and lost 14 lbs. in that month. It's rather expensive though...$115 for a one month supply but it really does work! I'm thinking about getting it again just for that little head start.

I started on Plexus about 6 weeks ago and i'm down 12 pounds. I have lost 1.5 in my waist, and 2 inches off my hips. My hubby has lost 10 pounds and he has been on it about a month now. I love it so much I started selling it.

It won't provide you any greater weight loss as just a moderate diet. You lose a lot initially as it's mostly water weight from adjusting to a new diet. It's not the pills that make you lose weight, it's calories.
