Meal Plan Ideas???

Ok I need ideas guys, I am so struggling with my food lately. I need some simple, easy, quick meal ideas for lunches and dinners. We have food restrictions at dinner time of no nuts (includes coconut) or milk or eggs, and lunch restrictions of no milk or eggs. Do you have any simple, easy, cheap ideas for me??
