So, I love Wendy's new mid-size salads - smaller versions of the big ones.

BUT - I can't find the nutritional facts ANYWHERE - and the only info on their website are for the regular, big ones. Anyone know of anywhere I can find this info? I had one for lunch and need to log it, dangit!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for your help everyone!!!

If you go to wendy's site, and go to food tab, then go to "nutrition facts", you can personalize what you ate. don't know if that helped, but you can click on the things that you had on the salad and all and it counts all the nutrition facts

Did a quick google search and couldn't find it. I would log 2/3 of the calories of the regular ones just to be on the safe side and send an inquiry through the website.

    Thanks, friends!

I took someone above's advice and just put in the salad at 2/3 of the total................hopefully it's close. I also emailed them....we'll see what they say :)
