HI everyone ..

I was just wondering.. i have re-calculated my profile- and it seems to be putting me always in the range of 1700-1900 kcl.
I'm 5'6.. - and weigh now 240 .. - 29 year- female..

Just wondering- is this number not a little " high? " shouldn't that be somewhere in the 1400-1600 kcl a day ?
I did put 1 - 1 1/2 lbs per week ..

any female with similar #'s ? and experience ? is it working ? ..

It depends on how active you are. If you don't move around a lot, it should be a lot lower but if you put active or higher, this makes sense because you're burning more calories & need to consume more to make up for it. I'm 5'4" and I have a bank job so I'm sedentary. I set my goals to 2 lbs per week and to lose 1.4 per week, I'm set at 1200, burning 1640 per week. Hope that helps. :)

Well i'm a " mother of 3 kids" - wife / and no longer working- so mostly in the house- doing the " house work " grocery shopping etc.. would i put that as - not active or " light active "

    and i assume- " exercise "- doesn't count at this part of " activity level ' - that's seperate right ?

    when you say you 'r set at 1200 - /burning 1640 ..
does that mean you eat 1200 - but you burn 1640 kcl when you exercise .. or you eat 1640 kcl - when you exercise .. and " only 1200- when you don't exeercise "
wheesh.. this is hopefully not to " complicated " - sorry of it is .. just scratching my head :)
