no I totally get that I let that get to me and I should not have let it. I just needed advice that was motivating to me and understandable, so I appreciate all the words of encouragement and tips on what I need to do so thank you for all that posted something, and I am not giving up. good days ahead and good luck to all.0

Please don't give up ! The scale is but one tool to track a single measurement and as tempting as it can be to constantly monitor that can do ourselves more harm than good. I am working out 5 days a week for 45 mins or more at the gym between high intensity cardio and strength training in addition to starting the "30 day shred". My weight fluctuates during the week but i know it could be due to slow muscle mass growth , water weight or just female issues..lol..so i don't allow it to dictate my success. In 2 weeks clothes are fitting me in ways that I had not expected..in a good way !
