How do I figure out the vitamins % for this recipe. I think you could use baked doritos and low fat soup to make it healthier but I found the nutrition values with the regular kind.
1 bag Doritos-Crushed
1 can cream of chicken
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can rotel
1 pound sliced chicken(I use the frozen fajita meat)
1 cup cheese
Place the doritos in the bottom of a 9X13 pan, mix the soups and rotel and layer on the doritos, place a layer of chicken and top with grated cheese Bake at 350 for 30 mins.
Not the greatest in the world for you but not too bad calorie wise and kills that mexican food craving!

Thank you so much!!! I put in fat free soups but left the regular doritos and it's just under 500 calories for 1/8 of a 9X13 pan. Not too bad! Now I know what I am making for dinner!0
