Time for change.

Hey folks... today is my first day.

After giving up smoking 4 weeks ago I have now decided to get my weight and exercise routine in order.

I have a desk job and long commute, which doesn't help, but I want to make a change for the better. My weight has yo-yo'd through my life from being a gym going 185lbs in my mid 20's to.... ummm now. I have put on a lot of weight since giving up smoking which has kind of prompted me today.

I am male, 34 and from NW England and looking for buddies to share goals and provide motivation.
