Fast fat loss rate - what do you guys think?

I've been losing 0.5-0.7 lbs/day for the past week and a half on my low carb diet eating 1200-1300 calories. I kinda want to drop the cals even more and speed up the weight loss. I'm not starving bc Im not exercising but I do have bad hunger pangs at times.

    Check out the 5:2 fasting diet. There is a group on Mfp. It does 2 days a week extreme restriction then 5 days average calories. It is much more sustainable.
