Hello!

Hi - just intrducing myself..

My name is Stephen and I started getting healthier about ~ 6 months ago. I've been using a combination of MyFitnessPal and Endomondo to track (and integrate) both my food diary and exercise. It really is a fantastic combo!

I'm married, living in Knoxville, TN, and have two daughters. Mainly, I wanted to get healthy for them so that I could be around to watch them grow up!

So, for, I have lost nearly 100 lbs, and here's an interim before/after picture:

    My goal is ~ 182-185, so I have another 15 lbs to go. My average weight-loss rate up to now has been right at 14-15 lbs per month. So I think I will hit it in the next 5-6 weeks.
