New rules of lifting for women....

thinking of starting New Rules of Lifting of Women with my cardio routine. I honestly haven't done any weight lifting or strength training in MONTHS except randomly doing Jillian 30 day shred. Excited!!!!!!

Does anyone have and pointers for me?
