I changed my goals to maintainence.. BUT i have trouble determining activity level... wat are ppl's thoughts on tht??
I go to high school i sit most of the time in lessons but walk to classes and during lunch.. I take dance classes 3 times a week and go to the gym 3 times a week..

I suggest starting lower and working your way up, that is what I have been doing. I started at sedetary, still lost weight, then up and up now I'm at high activity calories and still not gaining. You'll just have to watch the scale if you find you have to increase as you go along.0
