This is the first time I have ever logged my food and it is amazing to see it add up! I am a 48 year old woman trying to lose 15 pounds. I have never had to lose weight before. I have gone back to school to finish a degree from 30 years ago, and I guess the weight just crept on the last couple of years. I was not working out because of my work and school schedule as well. I'm sure that didn't help.....I am now working out a Curves, have met with a nutrionist, and am going to go to an emotional eating group this summer. I am excited to see what will happen and am trying to be patient!:smile:
