Week2 - and I gain?!?!

I don't know what happened! I lost 4lbs last week and this week, it said I gained 2! Then 15 minutes later, I check the scale again - it said I only gained .4. What is going on?!?!

I've been sticking to my calories, eating a lot healthier than I have in the past, and i've been going to the gym 4X a week. I'm really bummed out.
