HELP! Picky Eater needing protein recipes...

My protein intake needs to stay above 80. I typically get this in w/protein bars, shakes, chicken, & other lean meats. But, with Lent around the corner & no meat on Fridays I'm starting to worry. Me not being a fish or much of a seafood eater I'm asking for help. I do like beans & nuts. Any other recipes or info is much appreciated. Again I am extremely picky, not a huge vegetable eater so I'm hoping there is something else I can try...
