I'm stuck!!!!!!

Help me! I can not lose any more weight, or at least it feels that way...I have 20lbs left to lose until I hit my goal weight and I haven't lost any weight for a few months. I don't usually go over my calories and lately I have been exercising more but I haven't even lost a single pound! What should I do? I do different exercises, I have tried lowering my calorie intake, raising it, not working out for a few days, working out real hard haha what can I do?! I really want to lose these last 20lbs!!!!!!!!
