Fat Burners?

What are your feelings on using fat burners? Specifically "Xendrine"...

not a fan, but I haven't found anything in it that is horrible (phenylethylamine isn't a good thing, but it probably won't kill you either).
I'm not a fan because anything that changes how your body chemistry works makes it difficult to return to a normal body chemistry afterward. Also it contains phenylethylamine, which is similar to amphetamines, bad stuff amphetamines, although phenylethylamine isn't as strong.
Why I'm not a fan listed above goes for all pills, anything that you can't or won't take for the rest of your life without harmful side effects is not something I would recommend for weight loss.

the one your talking about worked when it had ephedra in it, not so much anymore. Same thing with hydroxycut, quick trim, quick slim,Jillian Micheal's stuff, lipo 6, ect... I have tried 3 of the mentioned and know others who have tried the rest. The best fat burner I have seen work recently by my best friend is call melt down and can only be bought online. I have only WASTED my money on such things to get over a platue.0
