Work Biggest Loser

I've been on here for awhile with some lapses in commitment but right now I think I'll stick around. My work is having a Biggest Loser competition and I am determined to win. I think I have a good shot. We're going for % weight loss over 12 weeks. Realistically I'm not sure how much of a percentage it will take to win but the prize is huge. We're playing for 500+ dollars winner takes all.
It will be rough but I need to remember that 500 dollars would feel better than donuts taste!
