Hello everyone, I have lost 45 pounds since july 20th, went from 241.5 down to 196.5 so far and have lost alot of my stomach fat.but still feel like that as well as my inner thigh area are the areas of most concern, and are my biggest problems left to address so i was hoping for some advice on what to do with my diet and exercise plans to really get the best results, i currently try to do some jogging slash waking three times a week or a cardio type workout video if the weather is bad , I also do about 80 to 100 push ups a day as well . feel free to look at my food log if that plays a big part in this issue thanks in advance for any advice :-)

The fat is going to come off everywhere as you lose, so don't stress about pesky fat areas, just keep doing what you're doing and losing.
I would say though, that you should go ahead and start focusing on strength training for your entire body, not just push ups. I'm not saying you have to lift weights but push ups aren't going to do anything for your legs. Personally, I like lifting and squats are awesome, but that's my 2 cents.0 -
