How to maintain once you reach your goal weight

:flowerforyou: Hi there! I have been using MFP since March of last year and am almost at my goal weight, within 10 pounds. Now the fun part begins...keeping it off. What I am looking for is information on how to maintain the weight loss and how we determine what our calorie intake should be to maintain that weight.
I've googled a few sites online and have gotten a basic idea that due to my activity level, I can have anywhere from 2000 to 2200 calories a day. Has anyone gone through this yet? If so, have you used the information you've received online to guide you in what your calories should be per day?
Also, does MFP support maintaining your weight? So, for example, I am currently at 1200 calories a day + exercise calories. Once I reach my goal weight, am I able to input my daily calorie intake as derived from the information I have learned?
Just curious what others have been through and how you have handled your maintenance once you've reached your goal.
Thanks!

I am currently maintaining weight. I figured my TDEE and just manually adjusted my calories in MFP.0

I am doing it as recommended by MFP at the moment, it may need some tweaking to refine it a bit but is working at the moment, I just don't know my exact numbers but I think it's close.0

I think it depends on whether or not you keep your workouts up how well everything will synch. There are some spreadsheets to help with this transition, and help look at body fat and other issues if you are interested.0
