Calorie Goals

lately I've been really struggling to hit my calorie goals. I just got off a couple super stressful weeks where my entire schedule was mandated so I had to eat when the chance arouse but now that i am allowed to make my own schedule I eat much better and I am never wanting for more food, but I haven't reached 1000 calories even when I cheat and eat a cookie. I bought a bunch of calorie dense foods like avacados and nuts yesterday but today will be my first day with them in my diet.
