I know you cannot spot reduce but..

So, I know you can't spot reduce areas. You have to lower your overall BF%. I have this stubborn area of fat right above my mid section. It's a small area but very unsightly. Any tips on how I can try and tone that area more? Perhaps weighted crunches? Any advice is appreciated!

I agree with Jester. You answered your own question in your very first sentence. I'm about 10 pounds above my goal weight right now, but I was 2 pounds above it before the hoiday season. I still had belly jiggle. Continue to eat at a caloric deficit, do some cardio to burn extra calories and make sure to lift heavy to keep loss from coming from muscle.0
