So, I know you can't spot reduce areas. You have to lower your overall BF%. I have this stubborn area of fat right above my mid section. It's a small area but very unsightly. Any tips on how I can try and tone that area more? Perhaps weighted crunches? Any advice is appreciated! :)

You've pretty much answered your own question. You can't spot-reduce, so there is no particular exercise (or tip or trick) that will specifically reduce fat in that particular area. If you want to work a particular muscle, you can target those, but even then, fat will not necessarily come off from that area. Your ticker says you have 41 lbs to lose - it's not unreasonable to expect that some of those pounds will come from that area.

I agree with Jester. You answered your own question in your very first sentence. I'm about 10 pounds above my goal weight right now, but I was 2 pounds above it before the hoiday season. I still had belly jiggle. Continue to eat at a caloric deficit, do some cardio to burn extra calories and make sure to lift heavy to keep loss from coming from muscle.
