Does drinking unsweetened tea (no sweeteners at all) equal drinking water?

    Wish I'd known that...I drink unsweetened hot green tea allllll day every day. But I make sure I drink a bottle of water with every cup of tea. Sheesh.

    Oh good. I drink water, but at lunch and/or dinner I like a glass of unsweetened tea. Thank you for the responses.
