Coconut Water?

OK, I have heard good things about drinking coconut water but the only time I tried it, I thought I was going to vomit. Maybe it was just that brand, but it was gross!

Is it really that good for you? And if so, has anyone had a yummy-tasting coconut water? If you have, what is the brand/where did you get it?

Any comments about this would be appreciated! :)
