Is this a good routine and safe to add more?

Calorie intake: 1400-1800 calories a day.
Exercise: cardio for 50 minutes and weight lifting for about 30 minutes. 5 days a week
CW: 268
GW: 200
Ultimate GW: 180
Age:20
Is it safe to add more cardio and more weights at ten minute increments every other week or so, and if it is, should I increase my calorie intake as well? I am losing about 1-2 pounds a week like this, the most I lost in a week was 4 pounds just by not eating fast food for an entire week xD
