No matter what I do I can't lose weight anymore.

I eat around 1500-1800 a day, and I burn calories so that my net is 1200 or just a little less. I am extremely paranoid about my net being zero or less which is why I follow the net rule on here, I know I would lose weight faster but I've been losing weight with what I'm doing now it just like stopped.
I started at 155 and I am now 140, but I have been 140 for the past like 5 weeks. I never break my diet, I always workout, I always get my net to where it is supposed to be and I am simply not losing weight anymore. Why is this?

It's going to be hard to answer that without knowing what you are eating each day. Perhaps switch up what you are eating, up the protein/veggies, etc?0

Bump your calories up 100-150 more for a couple days and switch up your exercise routine. You'll likely see a drop by this time next week.0

I'm seriously in the exact same boat. I'll try eating more veggies and lean protein, but I feel brain dead without carbs!0
