My willpower, that is. After losing 56 lbs since September 2009, I have sinced gained some of it back. Not alot but I am 8-10 lbs away from where to be again. I have lost my willpower! I rarely work out since my knee surgery and eat terrible. My problem is not that I dont want to do better, it was simply a lack of willpower! SInce yesterday I found my willpower!!! It's a great feeling and I am now on a mission. To lose back the few lbs and get in shape and then take the Persona fitness trainer certification and begin an On the Go Fitness business!!! Motivation and support welcome!!!
