Ladyofivy, have you actually tasted these brownies with the black beans in them? I ask this because I have two books with lower fat recipes and there are a couple of recipes made with the black beans. The recipes look good, but I do not like black beans to begin with and I am just wondering if you taste it or if it is for softness? I am trying to get myself over the fact that it says black beans and try one of these recipes but have not been able to yet. I have another recipe that I would like to try that is made with a couple TBSP of baby food prunes. So, I just wanted your opinion on the actual taste of these! Thanks0
