Restart P90X? Gaining weight?

I was on my 3rd week of P90X and starting to see some results. Alot of personal things happened and I haven't worked out in a week. My weight has gone up 2lbs.
I'm in the midddle of sleep training my 6 month old- Last night was her first night of the Ferber method (with checking on her in intervals of time) - if that goes well I should be finished in a week or less.

My question is- Do I restart P90X? or continue with week 3?

I'm mad at myself, but confused as to what to do. I'm also thinking of following their strict diet. I was doing ok and using suggestions on what to eat etc from you all. But then my weight platued and I started gaining....
