What to eat

I just started this last Friday and have been having trouble with meeting my calorie intake and balance and I am only on a 1200 calorie diet. I alway have calories/carbs left over. So now today for the rest of the day (meaning after lunch) I have 600 calories, with 73 carbs, 29 fat and 24 protein. Any ideas of what I can have for dinner/snacks to meet this??

    A steak and a baked potato with a side of veggies.
  • For snacks add a banana/apple with spoonful of peanut butter or greek yogurt, also could try Hummus and veggies. Chicken/sweet potato, veggies, salad for dinner.
