1. Can everyone stop saying my journey.. Its not a journey its a change of lifestyle and trying to be healthy.
2. Muscle does weigh more than fat but it would take a lot of exercise, slash weight lifting to build the muscle
that would not allow you to lose weight.
3. If you do not see a change in 2 weeks please do not whine and cry, just try harder and keep a positive attitude.
4. Most importantly, find an exercise you like and that will give you something to look forward to and you will
lose inches and weight.

LOL
I hear you but to each their own…one reason I love this app so much is because there are so many positive supporting people. I realize that I normally have a do, or do not attitude there is no try (yes I just quoted Yoda) but I know some aren’t like that and look for that positive affirmation from others
Also I’ve had a few “off” days when I kinda want to vent to others who know what I am going through.
However I do agree with what you are saying, for me I want people to support me & will be straight up, I don’t need any sugar coating cause I got enough of that when I would stuff donuts in my mouth daily!0 -
I think once you are satisfied with yourself you can only go backward.
Always strive to be better.

1. People can call it whatever they want.
2. 1 pound of muscle weighs the same as 1 pound of fat, a 1 inch cube of muscle weighs more than a 1 inch cube of fat, there is a difference.
3. If you don't see a change in 2 weeks you don't need to try harder you just need to give it time.
4. Maybe they're here to gain weight, or gain muscle?0 -
I'm sure this topic was meant to be taken seriously.... BUT SERIOUSLY YOU GUYS ARE CRACKING ME UP..
No offense, but 1 pound of fat weighs 1 pound... 1 pound of muscle also weighs 1 pound. Therefore a pound of muscle cannot weigh more than a pound of fat. BUT a pound of fat can take up more room in your body than a pound of muscle, which is what I am sure you meant to say.

Just a small town girl, livin' in a lonely world
She took the midnight train goin' anywhere
Just a city boy, born and raised in south Detroit
He took the midnight train goin' anywhere
A singer in a smokey room
A smell of wine and cheap perfume
For a smile they can share the night
It goes on and on and on and on
(Chorus)
Strangers waiting, up and down the boulevard
Their shadows searching in the night
Streetlights people, living just to find emotion
Hiding, somewhere in the night.
Working hard to get my fill,
Everybody wants a thrill
Payin' anything to roll the dice,
Just one more time
Some will win, some will lose
Some were born to sing the blues
Oh, the movie never ends
It goes on and on and on and on
(Chorus)
Don't stop believin'
Hold on to the feelin'
Streetlights people
Don't stop believin'
Hold on
Streetlight people
Don't stop believin'
Hold on to the feelin'
Streetlights people0 -

I would agree with "my journey"
Why is it not abbreviated yet? Like NSV or OP?
"I started MJ a year ago..."
or
"Wishing you all the best on YJ!"0
