After a long hard look in the mirror ive decided today to reset my goal to 150lbs instead of the 140 i was aiming for.
im 5ft10 and i think 140 is just too low for me as any more weight off and im going to start to look gaunt in the face and too thin on my upper body. I carry weight on my lower half so i think once i get to 150 which i almost am i'll go to maintenance and just step up the weight training and lower the cardio to tone up.At the moment i do 1hrs cardio + weights on top 5 x per week but low weight high reps.
Will this work? I think i was just fixated on 140 but its really not going to look good on me im 153lbs now and a uk size 8/10 on top and a uk 10 on bottom. I have slightly heavy thighs and calves but losing more weight is just coming off the already skinny areas which doesnt look good. Will just going to maintenance, cutting down the cardio and increasing the weights work? i want to be toned and not flabby

You look amazing !! The goals are there for you to set. 150 at 5'10 is just absolutely fabulous!

Yes, if that is your goal this is the right thing to do.

This, and why wait to hit your goal, I would suggest doing it now. You can eat around maintenance and work on body recomposition and still cut fat.
