I'm wondering, what do you log the interval workout as? I've been splitting it between strength training and high intensity. Should I be logging under circuit training instead?

    I don't use Chalene Extreme but from what I've heard it's very similar to P90X and I know people tend to log P90X as circuit training. I have a HRM so I just create an exercise entry with the name of the DVD and put in what my HRM says I burned and the runtime for the DVD. Hope this helps!
