which one is better? i keep reading review that PB2 has a lot of added sugar? Also i've been trying to look for PB2 everywhere, it's almost like it's not existent. I don't want to have to pay $5 to order it online then an additional $5 shipping.. that's $10 for peanut butter!

If you use organic PB , which one do you recommend?

Depends what your goal is. I love regular peanut butter but I have trouble processing fats (another lovely effect of Crohn's disease) so I can only eat a little bit (less than 1 T) before it bothers my stomach. PB2 is really handy for mixing into yogurt or shakes since it's in powder form. I've had it on a pb&j sandwich and it tasted fine - you can tell it's not real peanut butter, but it's still pretty good. It has some added sugar (1g per 2 T serving). If you have a whole foods or earthfare around they should have it-I think GNC may even carry it.
